What do you like—about KLM and life?
(I founded it so I don't have a choice, HA!) Actually, the opportunity to assemble a diverse group of uniquely qualified professionals has been a dream come true. Each day brings new challenges and gives us a chance to develop new creative solutions for our clients. KLM is always fun, even when times get tough. A good sense of humor has kept the office afloat on many occasions. Busy project cycles mean we’re constantly pulling together to get the job done, it’s amazing to watch the team in action. And the need for each of us to wear many hats.

What do you like—about KLM and life?
One reason. People. I enjoy the people that I work with and the ability to meet (and work with) exciting, fun new people. It’s great staying in touch with my network of contacts and friends, and am thankful that working at KLM allows me the flexibility to live my life and keep those relationships strong. I like to relax with my family, friends and loved ones. I also have a passion about seeing my friends happy so I stay involved with all the people close to me, and get great reward from helping them accomplish what they want to in life.View my profile

For me, KLM's biggest value proposition is opportunity (and my favorite opportunity here is to use a lot of cool marketing jargon). We're an agency of generalists with a great network of partner agencies that spans the marketing spectrum, so we're able to offer a solution to just about any challenge our clients bring us. We test new ways of thinking and doing every day. "No" is not a word we hear very much at KLM. So, agency business keeps me pretty busy. Whenever possible I board a plane and explore someplace new. Anyone have suggestions for Vietnam or Thailand?View my profile

For fifty hours a week, I get to hang out with people I like. They make me laugh—with them, not at them. I love working with clients and solving their problems. I also like working in an industry that’s always changing, so I get to learn new things all the time. I’m passionate about learning, meeting new people, going places I've never been before—traveling all over the world. I also like hanging out with my family and friends.View my profile

I love the people—working and socializing together. The diversity—everyone brings something different to KLM—from backgrounds, to expertise, to personalities, we embrace our differences. I like the homegrown feel of the agency, but with the ability to get the BIG jobs done for BIG clients. Each one of us has the power to make KLM a success. Oh! I forgot to mention the paycheck, I really like the paycheck. I love traveling and experiencing new cultures. And I’m very passionate about keeping in touch with family and friends since I moved from Chicago to San Francisco.View my profile
